One Shared Spirit INC. is a peer led, 501(C)3 non-profit organization that provides services, supplies, and support that is 100% free to the public. We are one of the only non-medical and free recovery centers in our area, as well as the only harm-reduction and holistic health focused center. Groups are held daily that are peer-led, trauma-informed, honor all paths to recovery, and promotes individual wellness goals. Our groups are holistic and encourage self-determination, social responsibility, acceptance, respectful discussions, hope, diversity, and community. We also offer individual support with one-on-one meetings, connections to local resources including treatment centers and housing assistance, Narcan training, harm-reduction training, life-skills classes, and sober events. Our location is accessible for all, including those with disabilities and anyone who uses public transportation.
 
We welcome you into a safe space where you can share your story with others who have had similar experiences on their recovery journey!

Anyone who is seeking or in recovery from any substance (alcohol, opioid, ect.) use is welcome to our services, events, and resources.
All of our groups, individual support,, events, survival kits, and other services are FREE and
No referrals are needed as we are non-medical.
We have an ASG  (AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod) Mobile Unit that comes once per week that provides FREE services such as referrals for treatment centers and medication assisted assisted treatment for opioid use disorders, narcan training, PrEP/PEP to prevent and stop HIV, and STI testing. Check our calendar for when they come!

At One Shared Spirit INC. we believe in every person’s ability to recover and live a meaningful, healthy life. Everyday we are dedicated to advancing recovery, working as a team, and being there for every person who has been impacted by addiction.

Our recovery community's mission is to incorporate the knowledge and lived experience of those with substance use history into harm-reduction focused, holistic based recovery groups. We strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and healing space for those who are seeking and are in recovery. We offer a program that allows choices based on self-determination to accomplish individual wellness goals. We believe every person deserves to be safe, respected, and offered fair and equitable opportunities in life without stigma, prejudice, exclusion, isolation, disparity or dehumanization. Our objective is to provide advocacy, education, training, cross-cultural education, community involvement, and peer support services for the people of Barnstable County.
